SyncUV Sensor | Remote Shutter Release

The SyncUV Sensor is a remote shutter release cable that makes capturing resin print timelapses simple and reliable.

Just mount the sensor near the UV source, connect it to your camera or SyncUV Hub, and start your print. The sensor automatically detects layer exposure and triggers your device at the perfect moment.

Built with a 2m (6ft), professionally molded cable, the SyncUV Sensor is designed for durability and long-term use — no hand-soldering or heat-shrink shortcuts. It uses a standard 2.5mm TRS plug, the most common shutter release port type.

Using a camera without a 2.5mm TRS port? No problem — check our Adapter Table to connect with Nikon, Sony, and other brands. For easier compatibility with adapters, we recommend ordering the Port (Female 2.5mm TRS) variant.

We recommend upgrading to the SyncUV Hub to take advantage of its integrated Layer Interval Selector, helping reduce shutter wear and simplify the timelapse rendering process with fewer images. (The SyncUV Sensor is already included with every Hub order — no need to order both.)
